I am besotted by Love’s beauty,
The spoken Word in people’s hearts,
The aching beauty of the land,
The imagery of light bent in an arc.
And what is held in these curves of light,
Oh, we are just beginning to perceive;
This earth like the stamen of a scented flower,
Its pollen gently brushed against our sleeve.
What wonders we are near [...]
Subtle changes can be so slight
mimicking the glowing moon
from one night to the next
it’s deft circumference
slowly giving way
yet seemingly the same
As I softly stretch myself
treading on expanded horizons
often failing to recognize transformation
as Light continually fills in the whole of me.

A gentle rustling breeze
Breathing in my ear,
Singing an aroma,
A sensuousness I can hear.
The tenderest of lovers
Caressing with their leaves;
The rites of Spring’s flirtations
Gently tugging at my sleeve.
Long and stretched to greet them,
My body as a loom,
Trees weave their mysteries round me
In nature’s undulating womb.

Stymied without Thy inspiration,
Stopped cold in my tracks.
Reminded of surrender,
I wait, holding nothing back.
